January eBay sale

To all SRC members, the club is organising a fundraiser for January.  The idea is simple… we want to raise money for the club, the profits are then going to be spent on either some new (to us) transport, or put into the new boat fund.

All that you need to do is take any unwanted items down to the rowing club where they can be temporarily stored on the seating along the window in the bar area.  If you do drop any items down to the club then please let Graham Baggaley know either by having a quick word or by just leaving a note with your items.

It could not be simpler for you, just clean out all those unwanted items and drop them down the club any time in January, we will do the rest.

Remember that no item is too old, broken or useless as to be sold on eBay.  All items are wanted, clean out the house, the shed and the garage.  Your club wants your junk.

Winter BBQ (burgers, sausage, veggie stuff, and chicken wings)

Friday 12th January

New Year Quiz (£2 per entry, no limit to team size, doors open at 7, quiz starts at 8)

Friday 16th February

Race Night, bring you, your friends and your family down to the club for a night at the races. There will be horse racing, grey hounds and pigs. It should be a lot of fun.

Friday 9th March

Wine and cheese night. An evening of wine and cheese with good conversation, further details to follow nearer the time.
