Who is invited: all members and their family/friends!
This is an afternoon of tea, cakes nibbles & open bar. As every year you can expect games
on the common (rounders), 2K show race, our new Captain's speech, club photos and much more.
A more detailed schedule will be sent out as we get closer to the event.

Time: 7pm
Place: Southsea rowing club
Dress code: It is not too early to refresh your memory by watching a few films and start
looking for that perfect costume! Dress in disguise as either a Bond girl, henchman,
villain, agent etc.
Further details will be provided as we approach May.
This summer as well as few bigger events we will attempt to have Wednesday club gelling
nights: Pubs/BBQs/etc. Besides Wednesday there will be opportunities for everyone to join
a club bike ride, a volleyball afternoon and a few post regatta camping weekends with
hill walking and chilling at the beach!
Also, we will organize post race BBQs/curry and/or pub gatherings to celebrate our wins
of the day or to drown our sorrows.
The gathering after Southsea regatta is a mellow one, but has proven to be a very nice way to end a long day of racing and event running. Everyone is welcome.

October 7th: Oarsman Supper Rowing Season Closing - Black Tie Annual DinnerThis will provide everyone with an opportunity to catch up on the events of the year and collect annual fun awards! Details will be provided closer to the event
December 3rd: Annual 100 Cocktail PartySouthsea Rowing Club 100 - is a fund raising club which raises money to support the SRC, in general providing funds for building work and maintenance. If you would like to join then please contact Andy Stearne (andy@stearne.co.uk) or simply use the standing order form on the website (on the information page) and post the relevant part to Andy & Jane so that they can allocate you a number
