Last week we had a first aid training night for members of the club. The key skills taught can be the make a real difference in a medical emergency. As SRC know all too well - back in 2016 a member was first on scene to a heart attack during our regatta. Those first few moments proved life saving.
Dean and Flo from the South Coast Ambulance Service volunteered their time for free teaching 20 members of the club vital CPR technique and how to use a defibrillator.
As a thank you the club raised £95 for the South Coast Ambulance Service.
